However, as all our designs are exclusive and made in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

In the unlikely event that:

• You receive a damaged or broken piece, or

• The item differs from what you ordered or does not reach you as expected,

we will be happy to replace or exchange the product with the same or an equivalent piece after verification.
