At Aditi Bhandari Design, each jewelry piece is crafted and packaged with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We strive to deliver a seamless and reliable shopping experience.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5-8 business days after confirmation.
Each piece is carefully checked, packed, and dispatched from our studio. In case of high order volume or festive seasons, processing time may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched, domestic orders usually take 10-12 business days to reach you, depending on your location and courier service.
For custom-made or pre-order pieces, delivery timelines will be mentioned on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase. Generally takes 15-20days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹10,000.

  • For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • International shipping (if applicable) is chargeable and rates vary by destination.(currently not available).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email or SMS so you can easily track your package until it reaches you.

5. Delays & Non-Delivery

While we work with trusted courier partners, Aditi Bhandari Design is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages
